SHIPPING TERMS

Guarantees:

We use Styrofoam insulated boxes (or Styrofoam peanuts)  with 40-Hour heat packs or cold packs when needed and newspaper packing material.  24 hour live arrival guarantee. DOA's must be reported with pictures within 2 hours and reported via telephone, if there is no answer, please leave a message.  You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred.  Please be sure to leave your name and telephone number and exact nature of the problem. Please do not wait longer than 2 hrs to report; otherwise we cannot honor your claim. In most instances animals will be replaced on DOA’s or credit will be issued towards your next shipment. No cash refund on freight costs. Claim must be filed with UPS or any Air carrier you use for any freight cost refund. We assume no liability for carrier loss or mishandling, our shipping days are Monday and Tuesday and sometimes Wednesdays. Shipping on Thursdays is only done at the customers request when another day will not work WE DO NOT GUARANTEE IF THE CARRIER LOSES THE PACKAGE AND ITS NOT DELIVERED TILL MONDAY! (this is the reason we do not ship Thurs and advise to ship another day).  NO guarantee on shipments sent to extreme temperatures. (Below 40 deg and above 90 deg)  We hold the right to refuse returns for other reasons besides DOA (ex. buyers remorse etc.) Sick animals may be required to have a vet certificate. We are very flexible in our terms but you must get a written agreement from us. If you wish to go outside our terms!

 Health Guarantee

 We guarantee that our animals are healthy. This means that the animal(s) will be free of parasites (mites, ticks) and any    infections or diseases such as mouth rot, scale rot or respiratory infections. If the animal(s) does not meet with the conditions above you must notify Next World Exotics within 2 hours of arrival and  acquire proof from a veterinarian or returned to the Next World within 48 hours. The diseased animal(s) must be returned to Next World as instructed  at the time. Once the condition of the animal(s) is verified we will either replace the animal(s) with a comparable animal(s) of the same type and sex or provide a refund in full.

Trades

Occasionally we will consider trades on our animals. All trade agreements must be made in writing (email or paper mail). We do not ship first in trades. We will only ship our animals after the trade animal is received and verified to be authentic and in good health. If the animal is not as represented in our trade agreement you must pay the shipping costs to have your animal returned to you.

Ball Pythons
We guarantee our Ball pythons to be feeding  weekly or as stated by us on our site or and ad before they leave our facility. Ball pythons need time to acclimate to new environments and may take some to to start feeding again at your facility, also shipping stresses them out and also prolongs this process ( this is the evil of ball pythons lol). If you purchase a CB baby from us and it was sold as a weekly feeder IT WILL FEED! It might just need some time. If you get the animal and it will not feed and starts losing weight, then something will be arranged usually replacement of the animal with a comparable one or a credit will be given. If it is over 200 grams and c.b. it did not get that way by not feeding, it usually take a month for stressed out balls to start feeding again. If you buy a "picky feeder from us it is "as is" (for i will always tell you that it is a picky feeder and it will be discounted greatly) For the same reason given below, it is hard for us to take an animal back, because I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU KEEP THEM and I have an extensive collection and do not want to bring anything into my colony or my warehouse.

Buyers Remorse
We do not have a buyers remorse return policy! We do think that an animal should be shipped and stressed out just to have the buyer get buyers remorse and stress it out more by shipping it back. Also I do not know how you keep your animals and once in someone's else's collection i have no idea what it may come in contact with. I have an expensive collection and i love my animals and would not want to except something back that may cause problems (MITES, disease etc.) Please make sure you want what you buy! (health return reasons are stated above)
